Delivery Process
Little Green Tots will process your order either the same day (if you order before 2.00pm) or the next day, assuming it is a working day (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5:00 pm). Delivery is usually within 96 hours or sooner depending on the time of day we receive your order. If you require an item urgently please email us sales@littlegreentots.com and we will advise immediately if the item is in stock.
Delivery Options and Charges
Little Green Totsoffer FREE next working day postage to Mainland UK on orders over £75. For free delivery we only ship via our courier myhermes not next day delivery. For orders under £75, we offer a the following postal options and charges:
UK Delivery options:
Royal Mail (standard first or second class) postage, according to weight and value of order
Royal Mail Special delivery (please enquire prior to ordering)
Parcel carrier, according to weight and value of order
UK Delivery charges:

Parcel carrier, according to weight and value of order (delivery charge is £5-99 up to 5kg)
Express:
Cost £9.50 per delivery address for 'Next Working Day' delivery for orders under £60.00.

The following postcodes are classed as chargeable: AB 31 to AB 38, AB 40 to AB 56, IV 1 to 28, IV 30 to 32, IV 36 & 40, IV 52 to 54, IV63, KW 1 to 1, PA 21 to PA 38, PH 4 to PH 41, PH 49, PH 50, Northern Ireland (BT), HS, IV 41 to 49, IV 51, 55 & 56, KA 27 & 28, KW 15 to17, PA 20, PA 41 to 49, PA 60 to 78, PH 42 to 44, ZE, Isle of Man (IM), Republic of Ireland.
We currently do not ship goods outside the UK.
Delivery Times & Order Tracking
Our Couriers deliver between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. When your order is dispatched from our store you can track your goods at www.myhermes.co.uk. When we have dispatched from our store, our couriers will make two attempts to deliver your order. After this the goods are returned to us. In this event, we reserve the right to charge £25.00 for the re-delivery of your order. Please note: Little Green Tots cannot accept liability for any delays outside our control.
Furniture Delivery
Please allow up to 21 days for some of our furniture deliveries as the manufacturer may deliver directly. The information on delivery will be displayed in the product information section. In some cases the furniture sets are not in stock with the manufacturer therefore we cannot always guarantee stock availability. We will however give you an option to wait for it to come in stock (this could take up to 7 weeks) or an option to cancel or change the order.
Incorrect Delivery Address Information
If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party Little Green Tots cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of this.
