Browse our website and add any item that you wish to buy into the basket. At all stages you will be able to check if we are adding the correct order to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ option and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. LGT accept Visa, MasterCard or any other major card payment through ekmPowershop.

Email us for our order form. Print and post your order form to the following address: Little Green Tots, Chapel House, 25 Market Place, Chapel en le Frith, Derbyshire, SK23 0EN. Be sure to include your personal cheque made out to ‘Little Green Tots’.
When confirmation of purchase is received, this is to indicate that LGT have received your order. It DOES NOT mean that a contract exists between us. LGT will email you our acceptance of your order once your credit card details have been processed by ekmPowershop. We have included this term to protect us in case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular item for some reason. In case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel the contract without reason within 7 working days from the date of receipt of goods. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. You will be required to return the products in question to Little Green Tots in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Returns of correctly supplied goods must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and all associated carriage paid by the customer. Goods may be subject to a re-stocking charge (at LGT discretion) to cover our expenses.

Shipping and Handling
We will action your order either the same day (if you order before 2.00pm) or the next day, assuming it is a working day (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5:00 pm). Delivery is usually within 96 hours or sooner depending on the time of day we receive your order.
In the event that we are out of stock for a particular item, we will send everything but that item to you. Once the item comes into stock, we will then complete your order and, at no extra delivery cost to you. If you require an item urgently please email us sales@littlegreentots.com and we will advise immediately if the item is in stock.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always email you with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
We send lots of items to satisfied customers every week. However, due to human or technical failure, we do, on occasion, send an incorrect item. In the unlikely event of this happening we will undertake the following if your item is :
- heavy/bulky we will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected and the correct item sent to you via courier.
- small/lightweight you may be asked to return the incorrect item by post.

LGT will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due within 30 days. If you wish to return goods for any reason please supply the following information:

- Details of the product(s) that you wish to return.
- The reason for return
- Date of Purchase
- Our order/invoice number or date.

- No goods will be accepted unless authorised by LGT and the package is marked clearly. Please note that all returns must be received by us within 28 days of receipt.
- If you are not happy with the goods for any reason, you have the right to return them within 7 days of receipt. Providing they are returned suitably packaged in new, unused condition and you pay for the return carriage and insurance, LGT will replace or refund as appropriate.
- If incorrect or faulty goods are supplied, LGT will of course replace or refund these as appropriate, as quickly as possible. LGT must receive notification of any problems within 7 days of delivery of your order.
- If goods are damaged in transit, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt for our returns instructions.
- If you have ordered goods incorrectly, please contact us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returns of correctly supplied goods must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and carriage paid by the customer and may be subject to a re-stocking charge (at our discretion) to cover our expenses. You will not be refunded for any returns.
- When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office, as LGT will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
